Sitz Herbal Blend

Our sitz herbal blend is an essential for postpartum care! Whether prepared as a sitz bath, regular bath or for a peri bottle rise, these herbs will heal the body quickly and have you feeling more relaxed and yourself in no time. When combined with the salts they help fight infection and repair damaged tissue as well as relieve muscle tension and heal bruising. Pre-packed in a muslin pouch for ease of use.

Ingredients:  Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Calendula officinalis (Calendula), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile), Rosa canina L. (Rose), Symphytum officinale (Comfrey), Arnica montana (Arnica), Plantago major (Plantain), Salvia rosmarinus (Rosemary)*. *Organic. Other plants are wild foraged. 

Directions: use 1 pouch of herbs per bath added directly in water. Add 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup epsom salt and 1/2 cup baking soda to each bath. Sit in bath for minimum 10 mins or as long as possible.

Can also be used in peri bottle. Steep 1/2 cup of herbs or 1 pouch in 4 cups water, add epsom salts and store in fridge between uses.
